Michael brings to the Board a varied background in accounting, management and real estate development. He earned his M.B.A. in Finance and Corporate Accounting from the University of Rochester and has had experience in both accounting and auditing. He also brings other relevant experience having served as a board member for Global Reach Salzman Funds PLC, an international firm.

Currently, Michael is the managing member of Signature Place Advisors, L.L.C. a multifamily real estate management and development company. Prior to becoming a founding member of Signature Place Advisors, Michael served as President and CEO of Boardwalk Management Co, Inc a shopping center and industrial management company operating in seven U.S. markets.

Mike has also been involved in several other management Companies. He served as Senior Leasing Director for National Programs for The Mills Corporation’s 14 major U.S. markets and was General Manager for The Mills Corporation in Philadelphia, PA. In addition, Mike held various positions at The Pyramid Companies including Senior Financial Officer and General Manager. Before venturing into mall and real estate development, Michael was an owner of Beefsteak Mining Company, a regional restaurant chain located in Rochester and Syracuse, New York.
